During my first two years as a UM Webmaster roughly half my time was spent teaching non-credit computing courses to University faculty, staff, and students. Subjects for which I designed and/or taught courses include: introductory and intermediate UNIX usage, UNIX System Administration, Filemaker Pro, MS Excel, MS Windows, MacOS, perl, web site design, and html.
Network Administrator/Webmaster

I managed the desktop consulting staff of permanent and temporary employees, provided technical support to the School's faculty and staff, administered the local area network, administered clusters of Novell Netware and UNIX (SunOS & Solaris) servers, installed the School's first web server, wrote CGI applications in perl, and was responsible for purchasing.
